Even when not using phone. I do not know how to contact seller.
But, just found a way to contact seller through Amazon. Threw packing slip away with packaging which had seller info on it.
Received shipment in a couple of days. Battery appears to be OEM but possibly old stock.
Seller comments are very positive so the seller should take care of any issues that I have. Charger works great but battery will not keep charge for a whole day.
The battery manufactured date was in 2006.
Thanks Amazon (and that Sprint employee). All works well, arrived in a very short period of time & enabled me to stall getting a new phone until my contract is up in September. Was advised by a Sprint employee to order replacement battery online & save money. Not only was I able to save a lot of money but, for a small amount more, was able to finally get a car charger for my phone.
The battery seems better that the one that came originally with the RaZor. I was unsure that I was really getting OEM battery. Thankx The car charger is a great bonus to the package. I got exactly what was advertised at a great price. Now I don't have to get a new cell.
Haven't had the time to complain. Got the battery and charger set in a reasonable time. Battery works fine I guess, but haven't got the charger to work yet.
Shipment was prompt and as described. Car charger works great. Haven't had to use the battery yet.
